Our online training courses are offered as either audio or video, and most come with downloadable workbooks and other resources. Following are a few common questions about our training:
Q: Why do your course fees include a "setup fee" and a small annual amount?
A: The online training system we're using requires those two payments: one for access, and one for an annual "subscription." We set the subscription to the minimum amount.
Q: How does the payment process work?
A: Our shopping cart system asks for a single credit card or Paypal payment. At this time there are no payment plans offered, however we do offer discounts to members of the Society.
Q: What if I don't have time to take an entire course right now?
A: You may come back to a page and click on any of the sections you haven't viewed yet (make sure to bookmark the page). If you can't find your place, contact us and we'll get you back.
Q: What if the course isn't what I expected?
A: We want you to be satisfied - simply let us know you didn't get what you hoped for, and we'll gladly refund your money!
Q. Do you have any other courses?
A. We're in the process of videotaping several new courses. We plan on releasing updated versions of our Levels 1-4 consultant training in 2008. Currently we only have Level 1 online, which was taught in 2006.
Q: Am I certified after I take your consultant training?
A: Once you go all the way through Level 5, you'll be awarded certification.
